I am doing research on the battle of Shiloh/Pittsburg Landing, of Union Artillery captured. On April 6th, 1862 (Day One), the Union lost (36 Pieces) and I have all that recorded. They problem, however, the next day April 7th, 1862 (Day Two), Grant/Buell captured many of their artillery back and Confederate artillery. The Confederates were up by "Four Pieces" at the end of the battle. But no one seems to know what pieces and who they belonged to.
