I have some typed notes that I received from a park historian during a visit to the Mansfield Battlefield in 1998. It does not say who compiled the list or from what sources. (Book authors seem to be averse to recording OOB's for the Red River campaign...a pet peave of mine.) I have not cross checked any of this or tried to verify if/when/where they were each engaged.
Here is what I can see for artillery:
First Infantry Div--Major Gen. John G. Walker
1st Brigade--Brig. Gen. Thomas N. Waul
Haldeman's Texas Battery--Capt. Horace Haldemen
2nd Brigade--Col. Horace Randal
Daniel's Texas Battery--Lt. Samuel M. Hamilton
Then we have a separate artillery organization of some type:
Artillery Battalion--Maj. Joseph L. Brent
Horse Artillery--Major Oliver J. Semmes
McMahan's Texas Battery--Capt. M.V. McMahan
Val Verde Texas Battery--Capt. T.D. Nettles
Gross Tete Flying Louisiana Battery--Capt. John A.A. West
Artillery--Major Thomas A. Faries
St. Mary's Cannoneers Louisiana Battery--Capt. Florian Cornay
Confederate Regular Battery--Capt. John T.M. Barnes
Moseley's Texas Battery--Capt. William G. Moseley
Pelican Louisiana Battery--Capt. B. Felix Winchester
West's Arkansas Battery--Capt. Henry C. West
I also have second set of notes about the Texas troups in particular and this lists the following additional Texas batteries:
Maxey's Div./Gano's Brigade
Krumbhaar's Texas Battery--Capt. William B. Krumbhaar
Other artillery
Gibson's Texas Battery--Capt. William E. Gibson
Edgar's Texas Battery--Capt. William Edgar (However this 4 gun battery was captured by Mower in March at Henderson's Hill.)
