National Registry of Surviving Civil War Cannon

The "National Registry of Surviving Civil War Cannon" had been maintained by Wayne Stark who passed away about a year ago after a period of illness. The list of cannon totalled over 5,400 cannon both field and large seacoast types. Does anybody know if this registry has been taken over by another and is active? If active, where can it be found? If not active, who has the records?
For your information, the registry still appears on the website "Civil War Artillery Page" which is know a view only site since it is inactive. The web site locates only those guns at civil war battlefields and a few other locations, but the actual complete list, of 5,450 cannon, was offered in paper form but is it still available?

I have the complete list and the books near associated with the registry but they are getting dated now. Its interesting to look in the list before traveling.
Thanks

Ron
