Did we not shoot side by side at Saltville, Virginia's re-enactment a couple of years ago? Saltville is my hometown. I have Barr's Battery, branching off from Burroughs, but my guys are not up to a live fire as of yet so I do all my live fire with Steve. I agree about the fuses for shell. It would be great to try but I don't think it worth the worry and effort. I for one do not want to retrieve an unexploded round. I encountered a few unexploded rounds in Nam and a couple in Beirut. It is a job for experienced EOD guys.

As you say, we probably have met at some point. We are going to Grayling this year. Hope to see you there.
