Hello David, so good to hear from you again. Your ancestor of course was the first to get a stone. Hiram Bland was only the 2nd. From what I understand Thomas Stephens' family are in the process of getting a stone. Curtis Hooks has a stone at the Camp Chase Confederate Cemetery but might have a body to go with his? That leaves two men who do NOT have stones as of yet. Hensley and Lester/Luster. The NCA has commissioned a group to look into the history of the cemetery and early indications are that they will put some type of plaque or marker up at Chase Cemetery with the victims names. I am in the process of writing a book about Camp Chase. It's still a long way off however. I've found much needed information in private collections etc. Bear with me as one day it will be complete.
