I just got back from Springfield, IL. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to visit Camp Butler or the archives there. My son and myself, went with my sister and her family. So, she had things pretty well planned while we were there. I cannot wait to go back again, by myself. I could probably spend a week just at the Illinois archives library.
