Thank-you Rhonda for all the information! Seley sounds like a pain to deal with. I can share Levi's military information with you. I'll let you know whenever I receive it. There's some other connections I'm going to be looking into also. There's the surname Emmons that is on the company M roster, too. Levi's wife or my grandmother's name was Sarah Emmons (McBride). In 1836 there was a migration from Colombiana County, Ohio. And they seemed to arrive in Wayne County, IL the same time the McBride family did. I'll see if it matches up.
